Condition of Entry
Entry is with a valid ticket only. There is no refund or replacement of Lost, Stolen, Destroyed or misplaced tickets. You must wear your wristband and make visible at all times. Ticket holders attending the event do so at their own risk.
Proof of age
As tentland is a fully licensed venue ticket holders must carry proof of age. It must be a photo id - drivers license, passport or proof of age card. The Loungeroom and MRQ reserves the right to refusal of entry if proof of age cannot be produced.
Event Times
Tentland operates between the hours of 10am-8pm. These times are in accordance with the Department of Liquor Licensing and are subject to change dependent on crowd control throughout the day. In the event of early closure, NO monetary compensation can be claimed.
Food and Beverage
Ascot Racecourse is a fully licensed venue operating under the Department of Liquor Licensing Act. No alcoholic beverage may be taken in or out of the venue.

Responsible Service of Alcohol
We will be practicing the responsible service of alcohol and would ask that you understand our obligations to you and your fellow guests. If you’ve had too much to drink you will be refused service and in extreme cases may be asked to leave.
Remember to pace yourself, drink plenty of water and make sure you eat throughout the day. Please consider others when leaving the venue and DO NOT drink and drive. Remember ask a friend or family member to collect you safely from the venue.
Security
As always we provide added security at our venues ensuring fellow race goers respect each others day out and the exclusive services available. Each venues capacity will be strictly monitored to ensure no overcrowding. Non ticket holders will not be permitted to the Loungeroom or MRQ and anyone breeching security will be asked to leave.
Please note however we can not take responsibility for valuables so please ensure if you bring cameras etc you keep them safe on you.
First Aid
Ascot Racecourse has first aid facilities available on the day. If you need to locate these facilities please ask the security or tent staff.
The Loungeroom and MRQ will only use your personal information to make contact with you in relation to your ticket purchase or interest in our venues. This is information that you provide to us and can include your name, phone number, home or work address, email and general information relating to your interest in our event. It may also be used in relation to the purchase transaction to which you have entered your details.

Right to change
The Loungeroom and MRQ reserves the right to changes, modifications, additions, deletions where necessary at any time without notice to the website and or event schedule.
Right to refuse entry
The circumstances in we may refuse entry to a Ticket Holder from the Venue include, but are not limited to, any of the following circumstances:
(a) where a Ticket Holder cannot produce a valid ticket;
(b) where proof of age cannot be produced
(c) where a Ticket Holder produces a ticket that has been purchased or
obtained through an unauthorised source, or where the ticket has been
obtained by other illegal means;
(d) where a Ticket Holder has in his or her possession or refuses to
surrender any prohibited object or article that is not permitted to be
brought into or used in the Venue;
NOTE:
A Ticket Holder should ensure the validity of their ticket by purchasing tickets only via the methods on our websites. Tickets are the responsibility of the ticket holder and we take no responsibility for lost, stolen, forgotten or destroyed tickets.
